Non-Book Recommendation ~ Rock Climbing!

I’m an avid rock climber in my spare time, and work at a climbing gym as of late. As the weather gets grosser outside, a fun, social, indoor exercise you can do is go rock climbing. As it’s all about the feet, you really don’t have to have as much upper body strength as you think, and there are routes for all levels of ability. I really encourage you to try it if you haven’t, you just might find you like it! Take a friend and learn how to belay each other, then have some fun helping each other and, best of all, laughing at each other.
