This cookbook is gorgeous. Each recipe has stunning photos to accompany it, leaving my mouth watering. However, there aren’t as many vegetarian recipes as I would like (beign a vegetarian myself). Many of the recipes call for specialty or fancy ingredients to make restaurant worthy dishes in your own kitchen. It sounds nice, but at the same time, the author describes going shopping every day after work and preparing elaborate meals to prepare for downtime with the family, which to me feels like there might be hardly any time left. I love cooking and baking myself, but I don’t know if I’d have the time or energy for the suggestions Redzepi puts forth. Kudos to her for living such an amazing lifestyle.
